First a personal interview of each applicant is conducted where you will fill out an application form with your personal information, previous rental history, employment/income information as well as personal references. Then a background check is conducted to check for previous evictions or criminal history. If everything checks out with your background, landlord reference, income verification and personal references, then you are approved!
